How personalized is each package?

Each bundle has your child’s name on the envelope (and on all the fun inside, too!). Cubby writes a special message, and even Paddy tucks in a note for you, so you’re both part of the adventure.

When will my child’s first letter be mailed, and when will we receive it?

If you subscribe before the 20th of the month, your child’s first letter will be mailed out on the 20th. If you subscribe after the 20th, we’ll mail your welcome package as soon as possible so you don’t have to wait for the next cycle. Most families receive their mail within 1–4 weeks, depending on postal speed and location. The anticipation is part of the magic—real mail sometimes takes a little time to arrive!

Can I order for more than one child?

Yes! You can personalize each subscription so every child in your family receives their own name on all the letters and cards. We believe every little explorer deserves their own moment of delight.
