With a Paddy Pigeon subscription, your child receives a colourful, hand‑addressed adventure package every month. Inside, they’ll find a cozy letter from Cubby – a curious, kind‑hearted bear who never quite knows where he’ll wake up next. One month he’s tip‑toeing through a moonlit forest; the next, he’s squelching through jungle mud or crunching across icy snow.

These aren’t lessons or worksheets. They’re lap‑time adventures: short, lovable stories told in Cubby’s own voice, written just for your child and sprinkled with gentle mystery. Each monthly adventure package includes:

• A personalized letter from Cubby:

  Cubby writes directly to your child, using their name naturally throughout a warm, 210–230 word adventure. He shares what he saw, heard, smelled and felt on this month’s journey – always honest, gentle and a little bit silly.

• A story page and illustration

  A beautifully printed A4 story sheet with Cubby’s adventure on one side and a simple, engaging illustration on the back – perfect for little hands to hold while you read.

• Discovery notes & a simple map

  A small “field notes” card with Cubby’s favourite details from the trip and a child‑friendly map or path showing where in the world he’s been.

• A hands‑on activity sheet (ages 3–6)

  A 2‑sided activity page matched to little learners: colouring, matching, tracing, simple mazes and playful puzzles. No tests, no timers – just gentle fun you can do together or let them explore.

• A tiny “treasure” to imagine and collect

  In every letter, Cubby mentions a special object from his adventure – a ribbon from a festival, a smooth stone, a jungle leaf. Your child can imagine receiving it, talk about it, and add it to their growing mental “treasure box” as the adventures continue.

Mailing & shipping

Your child’s adventure package is mailed on or before the 20th of each month from Australia. We send everything in a traditional stamped envelope, so delivery times vary by country.
