Mailing Date & Shipping Policy

Current Mailing Schedule

Your monthly Paddy Pigeon adventure package will be mailed on or by the 20th of each month.

 

Shipping Method and Tracking

Your monthly adventure package is mailed in a traditional envelope with a standard postage stamp. Mail sent with postage stamps cannot be tracked, so estimated shipping times will vary. We cannot provide accurate shipping times or tracking, only estimates based on your location.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all Paddy Pigeon adventure packages within Australia.

 

International Shipping

Adventure packages can be mailed to most international destinations. Shipping calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Limitations

Because your monthly adventure package is sent via Australia Post and (if you are located outside Australia) will likely be transited through multiple international postal systems, there is the possibility your package can become lost or damaged.

 

Address Changes

If you are moving, please notify Paddy Pigeon at support@paddypigeon.com with your updated address as early as possible. Failure to do so may result in delayed packages.

Notifying your post office will only change your mailing address with the office but will not forward the Paddy Pigeon packages.

We encourage you to change your information in your online account dashboard, but you must still notify support@paddypigeon.com so that we may update your address across our platforms.

Resending Adventure Packages

We rely on timely information provided by our customers to ensure the mailing address is correct and packages are deliverable to the intended recipient. We expect our customers to (1) provide an accurate and deliverable address when checking out and (2) promptly update their mailing addresses when required.

 

Customer Address Errors

  • One free resend if package isn't delivered due to incorrect address you provided

  • Additional resends: $8 AUD within Australia, $15 AUD internationally

  • If moving without notifying us: one free resend, then $8 AUD (Australia) / $15 AUD (international) for additional packages

Customer Damage/Loss

If the package is damaged, lost, or thrown away due to customer error: $8 AUD within Australia, $15 AUD internationally for resend.

 

Company Errors

If the package is incorrect, damaged, missing pieces, or undeliverable due to a Paddy Pigeon error, we will resend the package(s) at no cost.

Mailing FAQ

When will my package arrive?

Packages are mailed on the 20th of each month. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia and up to 4 weeks internationally. We know waiting is the hardest part, but the anticipation makes that magical moment when your little explorer finds Paddy's envelope in the mailbox even more special! Good adventures are worth waiting for.

Can I track my package?

No, packages are sent with regular postage stamps and cannot be tracked. We believe the best surprises can't be tracked—they just appear in your mailbox when you least expect them, bringing back that wonderful feeling of discovering something special waiting just for you!

What if I need to change my address?

Update your address in your account dashboard and email support@paddypigeon.com as soon as possible. We want to make sure Cubby's adventures follow you wherever your family's journey takes you! The sooner you let us know, the better we can ensure your little explorer doesn't miss out on any magical deliveries.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate. See our Refund Policy for full details. Don't worry—we're here to help! Sometimes packages go on their own little adventure before finding their way home. We'll work with you to make sure your child gets their special delivery, one way or another.
