Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee: 

If you're not completely satisfied with your first adventure package, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your adventure package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we'll send a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund for that package.

Subscription Cancellations:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with no penalty. No refund for current month's package if already shipped.

  • 6-month and 12-month subscriptions: Cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for unshipped packages, minus a $15 AUD processing fee.

Automatic Renewals: 

All subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges. If your subscription renews and you want to cancel, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the renewal charge.

Address Changes:

Notify us of address changes through your account dashboard or email support@paddypigeon.com. We'll resend packages to your new address going back 60 days at no charge. Packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to your error will be resent as a one-time courtesy.

How to Cancel

Log into your account dashboard or email support@paddypigeon.com. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Refund Processing: 

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
